Thank you for allowing me the opportunity to introduce myself. My name is Ryan Blank and I am in my fifth year of racing at various dirt tracks in the State of Wisconsin. I race in the Street Stock Division and was named Rookie of the Year in 2012 and placed 4th in points during the 2012 season. 2013 was a solid year for me as well. I had my first feature win, 6 heat wins and finished 5th in points. In 2014 I finished in 1st place being named Track Champion at the Seymour Speedway. In 2015 I had another solid season with several weekly feature wins as well as a special feature win at Chilton Speedway featured on Speed Shift TV in June 2015. The Seymour Speedway season is comprised of 19 weeks of racing and I am able to participate each week due to my dedication to the sport by having my car ready week after week. If you are already a race fan, then you can appreciate all that I am describing. I have lived in the Greenville, WI area my entire life. I enjoy the fact that there are many venues for racing in our immediate area as well as surrounding states. I can tell by the people in the stands that it is a growing sport with many of the same local people returning week after week. When I started this venture, it was a hobby. I now think of this as my very own business. Like any solid business, it takes much time and hard work to keep both me and the car in safe drivable condition, week after week. I am fortunate that I can do many of the repairs myself given my automotive technician education and work experience with Bergstrom Automotive, Appleton, WI. I work full time, and budget closely to be able to reinvest into my business. I also recognize that a growing business needs a marketing plan. One element of my marketing plan is to seek sponsorship. As a sponsor, your name and logo would be prominently displayed on my car. It gives the community chances to not only notice your support, but also provides advertising for you week after week. Your sponsorship would help defray the costs of keeping my business running. If you are unable to provide financial support, your support by way of discounted products or services would be greatly appreciated as well. Preparing and planning for the 2016 season I plan to race the local tracks in Wisconsin as well as include WISSOTA specials including the Little Dream race in Rice Lake and the WISSOTA 100 in North Dakota. As I look at all the things I want to do in 2016, I am looking for sponsors that would be interested in helping me get to the big races that I hope to be at.
