About Chasehan

Hello, I’m Chase Hunter and I started racing at Jefferson Speedway in 2019, in the Sportsman Division. My first year of racing was only about 2/3 of the season and I finished that year 18th in points out of about 35 drivers. Immediately following that season I knew I wanted to move up to a late model, to which I went out and bought an older late model roller. The UMA 602 Late Model class in our area immediately caught my attention, where they claimed it was an affordable , yet fast class and the payouts were higher. I enlisted the help of Andrew Morrissey of MRI race cars to get me in the right direction and get my new car ready. My first year in the UMA 602 Late Models Division at Dells Raceway Park I finished 7th in points, won Rookie of the Year, and had 4 top 10 finishes.
